I went here on 10 Jan around 1230 to look at the heritage line of boots. I live on the coast, so this was a bit of an expedition. They didnt have my size in iron rangers, but the whole staff assisted me in finding my size, which approximates my Allen Edmonds/US made boots, but is a full size and a half under sneakers or european boots (i wear a 43.5 eur/10.5 us Lowa boot but a size 9 red wing) Exceptional, informed service

I love this place! If you want an EXPERIENCE getting boots. You need to get your next pair here. They have a state-of-the-art computerized boot fitting system. Then, if you buy a pair of boots here, they will condition your boots whenever you want to bring them in, FOR FREE!

I came in looking for a pair of unlined boots and they took the time to ask what I do for work and then recommended 4 or 5 different pairs and explained the differences between them all. After I picked out a pair of 10875s they looked up my foot scan from the last time I was in and brought me a pair to try on and they fit perfectly. They also talked me into bringing my 405s to get cleaned and oiled, which is a cool service that they offer.

Great customer service here, especially from the young man with the beard. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Not familiar with boot shopping so I’m glad I came in because of how different the sizing is from regular shoes. He took the time to help me get sized properly and how to take care of the boots. After sale, service is also amazing for cleaning or getting a new pair of broken laces. I’ve now bought 2 more pairs!

Great customer service here. Never worn boots and I’m glad I came in because of how different the sizing is from sneakers. They took the time to help me get sized properly and explain the breakin process and how to properly take care of the boots. After sale service is also amazing for cleaning or getting a new pair of broken laces. I’ve now bought 3 pairs in 3 months!
